These will be uploaded to our website, along with the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We’ll also add your home to Rightmove and advertise it in local property magazines.
We offer a viewing service seven days a week so we can arrange viewings at times that suit you. We also offer accompanied viewings to make sure that you feel completely comfortable when potential buyers are looking round your home.
Completing the sale
Once a sale is agreed, your personal negotiator will oversee the whole process through to completion. They’ll be on hand to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and provide you with regular updates.
